Training Philosophy
I believe that within all learning environments the importance of using the correct quality's within teaching styles is paramount. My experience has taught me that by doing this my trainees are provided with the opportunity to achieve maximum learning. With the knowledge that I have gained I am able to deliver friendly yet informative lessons to a higher standard.
The Qualities that I use and believe in are as follows:
- Confidence.
Not only having the confidence to stand and teach, but also being confident in the lesson content that I am teaching.
- Manner.
The ability to portray a professional manner within the classroom environment.
- Attitude.
As the instructor it is important to display and maintain the correct attitude towards teaching. This means politeness and courteousness.
- Diligence.
As the instructor it is up to me to ensure that all members of the class are at the same level of understanding and that all mistakes made are corrected before we move on.
- Enthusiasm.
I believe that having true enthusiasm about the subject that I teach promotes learning to a higher standard to that of a class ran by an unenthusiastic instructor.
